BHA is an association incorporated under the Association Incorporation Act 1981 (QLD). The current rules, or constitution, of BHA can be found at the relevant tab.
The constitution gives the Board of BHA the power to make By-Laws from time to time to assist with the internal management of the Association. Current By-Laws can be found at the relevant tab.
BHA is committed to operating within the regulatory framework established by other entities involved in the provision of hockey services, such as Hockey Queensland and Hockey Australia, and those involved in the provision of sport more generally, such as Sports Integrity Australia. To that end, BHA from time to time adopts various policies of those organisations. Current policies can be found under the relevant tab.
