2025 Tech Official & Umpire Information
Brisbane Hockey Association utilizes the State Championship as an opportunity for our Technical Officials and Umpires to gain access to tournaments, allowing them to acquire valuable experience at a higher level.
For the 2025 season, BHA will require 1 Tech Official and 1 Umpire per team.
For U18 and U14, BHA will cover all your travel, accommodation and food.

U18 State Championships - Cairns
Teams will fly out on 24 April 2025 and return on 29 April 2025
Umpires may be asked to umpire a trial game for this age group. This will also help with you getting to know the coaches and players.
U14 State Championships - Rockhampton
Teams will fly out on 5 July 2025 and return on 10 July 2025
U14 Umpire must be available to umpire at the U14 Coulter Shield to be held 25 May @ Sunshine Hockey Association.
U16 State Championship - Brisbane - 21 Sept 2025 to 24 Sept 2025
As Brisbane Hockey is hosting this event we will need more than 1 Umpire/Tech Official per team in case other Associations cannot supply.
Umpires and Tech Officials will not be accommodated for this event but will receive food and drink while at the venue.
